Isabelle Baldwin, a Pratt Institute graduate with a BFA in Photography, brings a rich background in the arts to her role as a Traveling Exhibitions Marketing Associate. Prior to joining IA&A, Isabelle managed Decode Gallery, a contemporary photo gallery located in Tucson's historic Barrio Viejo neighborhood, where she installed exhibitions, hosted events, managed a fine print archive, and provided administrative support. Her experience spans from marketing consultancy, collaborating with brands such as Kodak Professional and Hasselblad, to photojournalism, contributing to publications like The New York Times and Alexandria Living Magazine. Her work has been exhibited at prestigious festivals, including the world's largest female and non-binary art festival, the Every Women Biennial.
Isabelle co-leads a monthly photography group and is passionate about uplifting women in the arts. She is dedicated to working with publishers and galleries to amplify diverse stories. Isabelle also finds joy in developing film, spending time with her two dogs, Luna and Kino, and taking road trips around the Southwest.
