Nicole Byers
Nicole began working at IA&A in 2003 after many successful years of diverse event management experience combining creative and administrative abilities to coordinate unique corporate, public and private events such as Embassy functions, museum galas and benefits, major inaugural balls and numerous other high-profile events. Nicole is a double major from George Washington University in Art History and French.  Tenacious and resourceful with a passion for excellence and a contagious enthusiasm displayed in every task undertaken, Nicole managed the US and Canadian tours of many of IA&As major exhibitions tours such as Life as a Legend; Marilyn Monroe, In Search of Norman Rockwell's America, Tsars' Cabinet,Material Terrain and many others and also brought the tours to South America, Asia and Australia.

After taking some time to immerse herself in the raising of her children, Nicole rejoins IA&A to manage Triumph of Nature: Art Nouveau from the Chrysler Museum of Art, Lust, Love and Loss in Renaissance Europe and Antiquity Unveiled: The Artistic Expedition of David Roberts from 1830-1839 among other exhibitions she fully absorbs herself in.  As a method actor immerses themselves in their role, Nicole immerses herself in the tours she manages and loves to be surrounded by inspiration, such as an Alphonse Mucha tissue box at her workstation while planning the Art Nouveau tour or a sparkling Swarovski crystal encrusted Marilyn Monroe print purchased as remembrance of that tour. Always keeping the arts a part of her world, Nicole's passion outside of work is to fill her children's lives with art on a daily basis.  She treats her home as an ongoing art installation room by room with colorful intricate murals, mosaics, and unique finds such as an 8 foot tall, 6 foot wide hand painted wooden bejeweled Buddha that is a fixture in the family room.
